Millet is the official partner of the french national union of mountain guides, the Syndicat National des Guides de Montagne. Founded in 1946, the Syndicat National des Guides de Montagne bring together over than 1,500 qualified professionals. Coincidence, it’s also in 1946 that Rene Millet developed the idea of backpacks adapted to mountaineering... a wink to the history and the passion of these two entities working in the field the mountain for more than 50 years.
